Variant Idea
#1 (size/# of men):
Board Size: Variants can include smaller boards for faster game, or bigger boards for longer games
# of men: Variants can include fewer men for faster game, or more men for longer games.
Examples: 20x20 board - with 7 men each
Variant Idea #2 (Co-op):
In this version, the computer puts 9 enemy men on the board which neither player can see. So all players are looking for the same men. All game play is the same.
In this version, since both players are looking for the same men, you want to be careful not to give your opponent too good of information from your shot. So if you narrow down to 1 space where the man is, then your opponent could "guess" that space and take the points away.
So this version will make it so players will take more chances - guess early when there are a few possibility since you don't want to give your opponent too much information.
Variant Idea #3 (Kings & power):
Different ranks of men: Kings (worth x3 normal points), Queens (worth x2 normal points), and pawns (normal points) - could be used. 1 king, 1 queen, 3 pawns
Variant Idea #4 (Fake Items):
Fake / Decoys: Put is some mannequins / fake items that will show up in a shot radar - but a guess or shot of the item does not take or give any points. 2 ways to do this. Give each player 1 fake item that they can see - or put in "computer" fake items - which neither player will see.
